She thought she was in love with the man of her dreams,
She thought it would last forever,
But it seems,
he doesnt understand, he doesnt care,
Not like the way he did before.
The way he used to kiss her,
and touch her everywhere,
The romance is gone now, it faded away,
Like clouds on a clear summer day.
She thought he loved her with all of his heart,
She thought he would never leave,
but her life is now falling apart,
leaves are falling off the autumn trees.
In her heart there is a throbbing
among emptiness.
Blood rushing through and fro.
Memories of his sweet voice
whispering in her ear.
Memories of the times he would call her dear.
How can he be gone after all this time?
She thought they would be together forever.
I guess she was wrong.
I guess she was blind.
I guess she was too in love to see that they were never meant to be.
