Do you guys have any advice on how to get over a plateau?
Like when you've lost a certain amount of weight and you aren't able to lose anymore? Its really frustrating. |

You may be eating too much or not enough for your level of activity.
Make sure you set realistic and healthy goals. Change up what you're doing for exercise, because your body might be adapting to what you're doing. Go by your measurements and the mirror instead of the scale. blah blah blah |
