My last vector didn't get a great response and I realized I didn't have the patience to make all those lines for the shadows, so I started over.
Deviantart Link It's my cartoon version of Joan Holloway/Harris a.k.a. Christina Hendricks a.k.a. my lesbian crush. I'm trying people again even though I can't get proportions right for shit. It's a disaster from the waist down, but I didn't want to cheat and just cut her off since I didn't use an interesting angle. I'll probably do that in the future since I hate feet. |

I really like the dress and purse a lot. The legs do look odd but I can't do legs(or hands) for shit either. It's really cute though. I want to start watching mad men.
You use illustrator, right? |

I don't understand why legs and feet are so difficult. :/ I'll figure them out one day...or just chop them off all the time. But yeah, thanks. :)
I still use Paint Shop Pro. I opened Illustrator once and it wasn't much different, but I hate getting used to new programs. I'll suck it up eventually and switch. |

I like it :) I think it's cute.
The only thing that bothers me is that it doesn't look like her hair is attached to her head. It could just be me though |

^ Had the exact same response as her. I think it's because her hair is too neat and high on her head. Try adding a few loose chunks (or strands) here and there, and make sure her hair goes down to RIGHT above her ears. Looks fantastic otherwise :)

I love this. The face kind of reminds me of a porcelain doll.

I was so focused on the legs that I didn't even notice the hair. I just kinda threw the ears on. I'm still sticking by the "perfectness" of the hair because the character never really has a piece of of place, but I'll move the ears up next time and probably add some more hair to the sides.
Thanks guys. :D |

I love everything about it! May I suggest slightly raising one of her eyebrows to make her a little more seductive-looking, or arching both the eyebrows just a tiny bit? She looks just a tiny bit too sad for my liking.
Otherwise everything is brilliant! I hope you're gonna continue with the rest of the cast! |

Needs bigger boobs and wider hips.
I agree with Gigi on the eyebrows. She looks too innocent right now... she needs to look sexy and manipulative and IN CONTROL! |
