okay so like 1 week ago or whatever it like started and its gotten worse
like the skin around my eyes is dry and red and peeling its soo nasty
i think it may be a reaction to makeup
or weather
idk but like ive used like EVERYTHING on it like i even got specail aloevera eyecream .ive used vaseline but for some reason everything burns when i put it on?
i dont have a clue what the reaction couldve been from cause i use makeup and all sorts of stuff but today i worn barely any makeup and and the day before wore none but its getting worse . its super gross
has this happened to anyone?

Has it always been like that since you've started wearing makeup, or is it just now?

It could be a reaction to old makeup. If you've used your makeup for a long time, you might want to wash your face really well and not use any for a week or so, dump your old stuff, and get new makeup that's gentler on your skin.
But yea, check with your doctor just in case! <3

my parents dont feel its nessacary to go to the doctor i think its the wholeee 15$ they have to play and my dads a nurse so he like was like it will go away

Well I wouldnt exactly know how to help because I, myself don't wear any make-up. But I think you SHOULD care what causes it because even if you found a way to treat this one. And you've done nothing to change it, then most likely it is going to happen again. I think, but I don't know because I am not you...but, do you share make-up with your friends or something at school. B/c that can be the cause of it; you know all the bacteria being carried from person to another person? I don't know, that's what I thought. And I think the other girls are right about making a appt. to the dermotologist (sp?) because they might know what is going on and how to treat it. So if your parents don't think it's necessary to go to the doctor's then..why dont YOU pay the $15 bucks? I'm sure you have money tuck away somewhere, just say you're going to pay for it; as long as they give you transportation to go to the doctor's. You're dad may be a nurse, but it would be better if someone else who is specialized for that type of problem you are having to see what's going on. Um, well, I hope I help. Hope it goes well(:

Might be the winter weather... I had the same problem, except for it was my cheeks.

Anyways, we had the heat on & my skin was already dry. [I think I overwashed it... & I tend not to put lotion.] Blah, blah... then it started to peel.

So I switched to a moisturizing cleanser [Dove], started to apply [also Dove] lotion about 2x daily, gently washed it in the morning and drank lots of [cooling] tea. [Lol... so asian.]

Also, I used an additional microdermabrasion-type, but still moisturizing cleanser. That cleared up the excess skin... eww.

It's been a couple of days now, & my face is pretty much cleared up.
