Looks like Nvidia took a huge hit this quarter for producing faulty GPUs.... bummer... xD

This but in caps. Lol, exactly. Tama, you might have some sort of stigma towards ATI and AMD. I had that same feeling towards them a not more than two years ago, but you really need to get with the times. ATI and AMD have recently come out with high quality products that best many of NVidia's products in terms of bang for buck. R770 & R740 GPUs are just great and they have plenty of room to grow. NVidia has depended on producing larger dies for far too long, and now it's biting them in the ass. At least in terms of profits. The manufacturing process for larger dies is very expensive. They better come up with a method for producing a GPU with a smaller die very soon. |
