Alright kindof a wierd question, but...I was just wondering if guys are a little intimidated by girls who wear, lets say, more black eye makeup and chains and aren't as girly as other girls(like gils who'd rather jump off a cliff than wear a mini). I'm not talking Marilyn Manson style, but a little more out there than other people. Any thoughts? ermm.gif

Maybe at first, but they're just normal people, after all. There's a punk girl whose locker is next to mine. She's really nice.

There's really nothing to be intimidated about...

even though this question is intended for guys...

i am a punk girl, and am not intiminated by other punk girls, i respect punk or different people who don't follow trends, yet make their own.

and people who are intiminated by us, YOU SHOULD BE. WE WILL SEND COWS TO TAKE A DUMP ON YOUR FRONT PORCHE. haha jk

No, they're not intimidating.
Most of them don't even know what punk really is, so those girls aren't intimidating at all.
As for "real" punky girls, I still don't say they're any more intimidating than any other group/stereotype.

no, they're not intimidating. actually, there's this "goth" girl at our school who everyone finds hilarious because she says she's goth, but she acts completely not. and she tries to dress goth, but it looks horrible.

It depends, I don't mind if it's just the make up.
But if there's piercings and the ripped up clothes with the pins, then I might be a little intimidated.

I don't think guys would really be intimidated but if they don't like girls with that style and such they might just not associate with them and it could come off as them being intimidated. Anyways, shouldn't this be in the boys locker or something since you are asking boys whether or not they are intimidated by punk girls?

not really, but if they come off extremely tough and act like a bitch then i might be. it really depends on their attitude- not if they're "punk" or not.

exactly. a lot of girls out there now call themselves punk because of the bullshit "punk" music they listen to. the true punks tend not to really label themselves.

well you dont look that dark or scary to me.

at my school we have the FULL OUT dark and scary intimidating girls with green hair, and the faux hawks and the black eyeliner with the drawn in tears or whatever

but punk guys are awesome =D they're like the nicest guys you'll ever meet.

I'm not. I dated a girl who was considered 'punk' and she was no different than any of the other girls that have screwed me over aside from the fact that she didn't listen what I listened to.
