I think the best way is to bleach it.
It's still there... but people won't notice as much. |

Your options: bleach it, wax it, shave it, or pluck it.
I suggest bleaching it. |

Don't shave it whatever you do, because you will have those bumps and really look like a guy. Bleach or waxing is best =]. best of luck!

i heard a long time ago that 90% of women wax their upper lip and the other 10% shave it.
i think bleaching would be kind of hard, wouldnt it get on your skin and make it stand out even more? |

they sell facial bleaching kits. I use one but ehhh... I guess it works okay. You can still kinda see it but i guess it depends on your skin tone |

DONT WAX OR SHAVE IT AT ALL!!!
its hardly noticeable and you're pretty. shaving it would make it grow back darker and darker if you're still worried just go to Boots or whateer and buy the bleaching cream, i know loadsa people who do it. they dont need it tho, htey just think they do. |

shaving doesn't make it darker, however the angle does make it more noticable. Waxing doesn't make it any darker, it actually starts to thin if you do it regularly for a long period of time.

Bleach is bad for your skin. Period. Wax or shave it and it'll be fine. I have "fuzz" on my upper lip too and I just shave it (I have blonde hair though.) Shaved hair grows back at an angle and has a blunt point from being shaved so it can have the appearence of being darker or thicker. I strongly don't recommend bleach. Bleach the household product is hazardous and why spend $15 on a hair bleaching kit? Once it's mixed, it has to be used within several hours. Waxing would last longer but I don't have the money or the luxury =) You could also try lotion hair removers such as Nair but I don't find that they work all that well.
