I was bored today so I decided to whip out my paintbrush and put some layers on multiply! I was feeling in an Andy Warhol-ish mood so I decided to color over a B&W photo of Marilyn in the style of Warhol's Marilyn.

My creation:

It looks really neat.
i saw something like that at the sawdust festival in laguna beach.
the lady had huge black and white cutouts of marilyn monroe and she painted over them.
they looked really close to what you did.

ahhh i LOVE it! Marilyn is the the best! i have to say, this is really good. if i saw that on a shirt or bag, i would buy it. but i feel like it's a little too dark. try lightening it up a bit.

but great job! flowers.gif

It came out better than Warhol's did. But then, he had a darkroom, not photoshop.

I like it. The first thing I thought was that the skin and eyebrows were a bit dark, so I guess I agree with everyone else who said that. Good job.

I'm not going to beat a dead horse by saying it's a bit dark. Crap, guess I just beat a dead horse.

At any rate, I love what you have done. =)

^ Nothing a little lighting adjustment can't fix. You've got the colours spot-on though!
