i have a question....can a period can mess up you body and maybe gain weight? It makes you bloat. For a couple of days. No, it shouldn't mess up your body... It's totally natural and it keeps your body in balance more than messes it up. It can't make you permanently gain weight, no. [Sorry if someone else has replied, I didn't check.] |

wellllll. If you don't shower it gets a bit nasty "down there" too...
I personally like to be Clean...."down there". but yeah...I like to shower because the hot water reduces my cramps. |

I guess that's just normal for teens like us. You're experiencing an abnormal period like me.

I'M JUST STARTING OUT ON THE CHEERLEADING SQUAD AT MY SCHOOL, & I WANNA KNOW HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO DO CHEERS WHEN YOUR MENSTRAL CYCLE IS ON?...WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO HANDEL THAT SITUATION? I do ballet & a bunch of other dance so I know what you're going through. Just use a tampon when you're cheering/practicing. Usually that does the trick since pads + ballet = ugh...no. PS: Don't use all caps when you type, it's pretty annoying and hard to read. |
