Hamlet's calling his mother weak for remarrying so quickly (approximately two months after King Hamlet's death), and then sleeping with Claudius all the time.

^ Right; it's all about her lack of loyalty, to her husband and her son. By remarrying so quickly, she not only showed disloyalty to her husband but to her son (marrying Claudius made him king instead of Hamlet).
