We all know putting ads on your site and having a special type of service are ways of making money BUT is there any way you can make a site where i have users pay a small fee to play a game (as simple as hangman) with other users and have the winners walk out with a cash prize(via paypal) and the losers walk out with a nothing and a little bit of money?

why would somebody want to PAY to play a game such as hangman? I am not sure what you are wanting to know, if you can charge people to play flash games?

just put advertisements on it. You can do it, but people will find other sites.
