i cant search or find my posts? whats happening? flood control has been on since morning. i gave it some time and it hasnt shut off??

What do you mean it's been "on?"

Flood control is always on. You have to wait 15 seconds between your searches. Did you wait 15 seconds? (or is it 30 seconds for members?)

I'm not sure if this would work or not, but have you tried clearing your cache, restarting your browser and logging back on?

and it was working for like a second but its not working anymore. i cant even post comments

p.s. i cleared cache and its still not working.

edit: yeah it works on IE.

but what i dont get is why it works sometimes and most of the time it doesnt?

yes i use firefox, and it has been a couple of days it only works like on blue moons.
