Yeah, they do. Chicken and salmon, mainly. I don't like it My friend puts her fish in a steamer. (ick, I just realized I make it sound like she's steaming her pets.) that's how my dad makes his fish |

I don't have a favourite method, but my most commonly used method would be stir-fry. Works for nearly everything.
