I pretty much agree with Beenly's critique. Just work on your coloring techniques. Your work tends to have a lot going on in it but it's not too much which is good.
As for the layout, it's pretty but the coloring you used on Kristin isn't so flattering imo and it's misaligned for me (using Safari). |
