Transparency in Imageready, trouble... |

Okay, so i made a banner in photoshop with a transparent background. But after i added the animation in imageready,not all of the background was transparent! It just shows up, like.... offwhite.
I just don't know what to do to fix this. Need help. here's the banner. |

the banner looks nice as it is though. what i usually do for transparency is make it a really weird color and when you save for web as a gif, define that weird color as transparent.
