I agree what she said. I mean you just turned 13 and like you said he is sexually active and he's 22. He's probably looking for a girl who is ready to have sex with him and finger them. So if you're not ready to do those, don't go for it. Wait until you 18 I guess? Anyways you'll find someone better than him. Don't go for him and don't break a law. If you guys had sex together, he'll be send to court and have to pay lots of fine and also he might go to jail. Do you want to see that from him? I don't think so, so I rather for you to stand back and move on.

mk first off, ive been in this situation when i was about your age.. and when i look back.. now that im MUCH older, i realize that was the stupidest thing i ever did. having a crush on a 22 y/o just isn't hot. i mean your [SIZE=14]12! [SIZE=1] hes 22! almost half your age. i would frankly be embarassed to post that. and .. if yur BEST FRIEND likes him.. you guys obviously arent that close or you wouldnt even think of liking him. trust me if your 12/13 you need to wait a little while longer before you start liking MEN.. plus thats the point? you guys arent going to get married if your mom doesnt like him.. you wont be able to see him.. and hes not that great if hes thinking of having sex with you possibly since he is SA.. just wait till your 14/15 till you start dating..
