QUOTE
yea its so annoying how kids as young as like 10 start getting obsessed with the opposite sex (usually seems to be girls but...)

i think an appropriate age is about 9th or 10th grade, because you're just so much more mature (usually) and are more... yourself. you know what and (hopefully) are comfortable with what your beliefs, self image, and just who you are. this makes people see each other for who thy really are, and then can have easier and better relationships and understandings.

end of speech lol

lol nice speach I agree. I know when I was younger I wasn't much like I am now like with what you said about being yourself and all. Being in the middle of 9th grade, I know more about beliefs and who I am and what not haha yeah biggrin.gif

and above me...you only have to click the add reply button once, not 25 times happy.gif

i agree.
i think waiting until high school when you're actually committed/mature would result in a better relationship

I think that nowadays, many couples that are in their teenage years and younger are together becuz they dont want to be alone. When you see a couple...they're making out, holding hands, etc. it ends later in the month maybe, and the cycle plays itself again..I doubt many people are serious nowadays...but there are some that do take it seriously...so I think it depends on the person to begin with...

Yeah, it's really hard to judge what's the appropriate age...but I guess somewhere between 8th grade to highschool should be the starting point. It's hard to judge whether people are in a relationship just for kicks, or if they really wanna have something special with the person...
Although, my sister's friend just got married and they've been going outsince the 7th grade!! that's insane but so sweet lol

i sorta agree. i think that middle shcool is about right, because people like me at that age can have perfectly fine relationships and not just like, "oops, there goes another boifriend, oh well, too late, got another, oh whoops that one's gone too.."

^^ That's screwed up...no offense to nay of you but girls between grapes 5-7, usually the younger one's can get very desperate. I know this one girl and she's 11 she has "I WANT A BF!!!!" witten all over her profile and all that crap. It's kinda weird, and very desperate =l

I know this one girl who dated my best friend (best guy friend) and it lasted only 3 days, and the next day she was basically all over another guy. Jeez...she's had like...30 boyfriends since 5th grade, and we're only in the middle of 7th grade. (My friend counted. 0_0) I felt sorry for my bgf. ='(
