hmm. i notice. they always have flood control during noonish in the pacific time zone. why is that? i know it's to delete any unnessary topics. but it happens like every 3 minutes. and you have to wait 30 seconds also to wait for it to finish. and sometimes when im in the middle of posting. then i click send, the page goes to flood control. so everything i just wrote dissapears. .. =\

It's all the time.
And it shouldn't erase everything you said. It should've saved it there so you could copy and paste it again. =\

The flood control is active 24/7. You cannot post 30 seconds after you've posted; you must wait for half a minute.

Flood control only happens when you click "Add Reply", and then click "Add Reply" again within a certain amount of time.. Like however many seconds. It prevents double-posting accidently and most of the time spam.

And it doesn't happen according to any time. 24/7 Flood control.

It's not noonish...it's all the time, every day. If you post within 30 seconds, you'll get that flood control message. It's to prevent spamming.
