can't center custom modules - horizontal bar.. Options

If you don't mind me asking..

At my xanga, I have my header images centered, but I think because of that horizontal bar at the bottom of my page, the modules and entry-area won't center. Could anyone help?

Thanks for the code, but I guess the real problem is that I can't find, in any code I currently have, what is determining the width of my entries and if I can change it..

General page settings doesn't work,
