...no one, i've researched it and most current bands that are considered emo really aren't in the historical sense. i don't want to turn this into an arguement though; if you like a band you shouldn't care what genre it's in. i'll stop posting in this thread because i don't want to start anything, but you guys should read those websites
 . and sorry if i came off like an ass, but for some reason this subject pisses me off.

idk reallyknow, everyone tells me I'm an "emo kid" cuz of all the stuff I listen too. So i guess I do if Takign Back Sunday, AFI, BRand New, Dashboard Confessional, Hawthorne Heights, My Cehmical Romance, The Used, Funeral for a Friend, Damien Rice, and stuff is emo lol

(tupac evokes emotion, so is he emo?). and i'm getting all hot and bothered because i put the information right in front of you, and yet you still decide to believe your opinions instead of history. okay, NOW i'm done posting .
