change header*, xanga - username - sign out Options

hey guys... how do you change the "-" in between xanga - username - sign out at the top of the xanga to.. xanga // username // sign out or something other then "-"

i put that code in and it makes two "xanga - username- sign out"s ((sorry idk what to call it... lol)) but the one was the same and the other one was centered and it had the things i wanted in it
