Help with mother., she won't let me out |

She won't let me go to the dance because i got a note from my teacher in the mail (that is about 1 week old) saying that i got a F for my homework grade and a D- for my test grade. I really want to go to the dance..but...i can't.

Well that's your punishment for doing bad on your test and homework. Do you think your mom should reward you for getting bad grades ? I think not. If you really want to go to the dance talk to her about it and say how it won't happen again and you will try harder and what not.

I also agree with the other two. Think about it for a minute. If you had a song failed a class, would you let him go out, party, and/or go to dances? Or would you ground them? Yea, promise you'll do better next time. Be lucky you won't get beat. For an D or an F on my grades I'd probably get beat..

^ My mother would faint. -.-. I wouldn't let you go to the dance with those kind of grades either. Just promise her lots of things, tell her that you will do chores, etc.

well....i guess u jus gota work ur butt off before the next dance comes around. it'll pay off in the end.
but for me... heh... i get straight A's n im on the princaple's honor roll... but i still cant go to dances... date..... or even jus hang out wif guys FROM my school, anytime outside of school... i tried to talk to my mom but she just threw a big fat NO in my face>.< |

I suggest that you should be more responsible about your school and grades. School should be the first thing in your mind before anything else. Study more often, get good grades, and pay very close attention in class so your teacher will send you a very good comment for your parent.
