I'm sooo mad! I realllly need help!?!? Why isnt my Adobe Photoshop not like any others! I cant create new things and there is no tools!

hrmm try going to Windows > Workspace > Reset Palette Locations in your Photoshop menu.

Reinstall your photoshop. Did you buy it or did you get a pirated copy?

yeah, a screenshot would work, and also try un-installing it then re-installing it..good luck
