Yeah, I feel really tired all the time, too.
But I just don't get enough sleep.

But maybe your back aches cause you have a bad mattress or something...
or maybe like, you sit bad? Like, bad posture.

And maybe you're tired cause you're feeling depressed? iono..
or maybe you could try not doing a lot of excercise or working out too much?

It's probably stress from school/work. It happens to me all the time when stress comes along. If not, then you should try and check out the chiropractic like I did.

you're tired because you sleep in the afternoon... it throws off the entire body's biological clock...

don't worry, my back hurts all the time... I just give my vertebrae a few cracks and they feel relieved biggrin.gif

maybe 8-9 hours of sleep is not enough. i read in a health book or somewhere, that teens 18 and younger need like 10 - 12 hours of sleep. i think that is right..._unsure.gif

I don't get that much sleep either but I'm getting a lot more than last year. My back aches too but I know why -.-

If you're tired and you ache and sleep/rest won't do it for you, I would go to the doctor. It could be Mono...either that or you're getting your period.

No, the average is about nine and a quarter hours. She's right around that time slot. As for the question at hand, it could be for numerous reasons aforementioned: stress, posture, fatigue. Or it could be like what's going on with me - I'm simply carrying way too many books home and whatnot everyday, walking around with them...it hurts my back, too. ermm.gif

get intouch with your doctor.
