how do you crop avatars/icons precisely to fit into the template....is there an easier way.....oh and if there is a tutorial about it can you please tell me.....thanx......
couldn't find what i wanted so yea

you dont need to double post ... but ne ways what program are you using ? if you have photoshop here is a tutorial on using templates here and if you want photoshop templates look here

you select transparent when you open up a new file..it should be checkerboard-ish

thanx...but when i upload it ......the transparent parts are all grey....how come???

isnt that using a template? .. if the parts dont come out transparent try reading the tutorial link i posted above...

i would just say go through that tutorial and see if you did evrything rite
