which one are you planning/currently taking or DID take?

yea im going into grade 11, and i cant decide between the 3. dont say pick all 3. i know i can, but im doing biopsychology too and a bunch of other things. so i only have two choices. what are the pros and cons? i heard that biology is the easiest out of the three and physics is the hardest.

I'd say do bio and chem, physics is hard, but if you need to take it in university, 1st year uni physics, is the same as halfway thru gr 11 plus gr 12 .

well it depends what you want to go into after high school. i'm currently taking physics and chem.
physics is hard and involves a lot of math so you have to do well in that first, but its a useful course and good to eventually take.
chem is alright. kinda hard but its not so bad...easiest midterm i've taken so far. physics was the hardest.

hmm, same. I took bio 9th, chem 10th and physics 11th (now). But, I'm also taking APBio. Yeah, bio is pretty easy, chem isn't too bad, and physics is OK, just a lot of math

I took Biology freshman year, Chemistry sophomore year, and Physics this year. I'm taking Genetics next year because I liked that unit in Biology far more than anything else from any of the other classes. Pick Biology.

Biology is easy, but I like Chemistry more. My teacher makes it fun. It's a shame she's planning on to leave next year. =\

Although Biology may seem like the easiest, it's also fun to learn. Take it from a girl who doesn't like to go to school... It's amazing to hear the words "it's fun to learn" from me lol. Anyway, I suggest biology.

Don't you have to take all three courses during high school?

I took Physics freshman year, Chemistry during the summer after freshman year, and biology last year (my sophmore year). Now I'm taking AP Biology.

whoa, ap bio and ap chem junior year?!? good luck with that!
biology is really a lot of memorization, but for apbio, you have to understand what is happening, not just memorize it.
and yeah, this term, my physics teacher is really bad, and I have to take the regents in June. I'll probably have to study on my own.

I'm taking Bio, I like bio it's fun but there's alot of memorizing to do..the fun thing I like about bio is like.. the latin names and of course the dissection of the poor dead, perserved animals =] I find Chemistry the hardest for me, I can't balence chemical Equations.

Not in Vancouver, where I'm pretty sure teeners___15 is from. As am I. =]

I don't know, I'm in 9th grade. I plan to take Math 10 in summer school and take Science 10 in grade 10. After grade 10, I'll take Biology in summer school. Then in grade 11, I'll take Chemistry, then take Physics in summer school, and in grade 12 I'll have 2 free blocks from Math and Science. I'll use those in case I do something terribly wrong in one of my other subjects.

If that made any sense. I don't HAVE to take all 3...but yeah.

So if you want to take all 3 sciences, I suggest you attend summer school and get a lot of it over with.

chemstry is just plain-hard.
biology is too easy and fun.
physics --- well there's a lot of math stuff... so if you enjoy math and science together. you should pick this.

i had biology when i was a sophmore. when you turn to a 11th grader. theres 3 choices. whether it be environmental science, chemistry, or physics heh. i choosed environmental science because it was easier than chemistry.
