to do the brush strokes i used adobe illustrator. U click on the paintbrush icon then go to your brushes pallete and select a brush. Then choose your colors and voila! It was nothing really....very simple background

very nice! love the vector and the bg! the text is kind of ridgy tho, and i think it is better if the whole navigation waord was clickable, it would be easier for your guests, like me, i thought it wasn't working. The dot is tiny.

I'm not sure I like the tan squiggle wavey line thingy. The the background has all sorts of pastels and light colors and then it's that darker tan. And your image text is pixely I'm glad you filled in the bottom of the vector cuz that gap you had before looked odd. Hmm.. now it looks like the tips of her fingers have disappeared. But yes, lovely vector, and the way you did her hair is amazing. Overall nice job.

if u can tell me how to do this i most certainly will. cuz i dont know how to align it for all resolutions...i have it aligned for 1024x768....and btw the vector is supposed to be kinda cut off on the left and top.....thank you everyone, yes i spent a lot of time on it, its not my greatest vexel but i liked the composition so i had to use it lol.

all you need to do is fix the "elentari". the stroke on it is not smooth.

the font you used for the blog isn`t really attractive though..

incredible vector! To critique this I suggest you change the date headers.. make it smaller so it only takes up one line and also consider changing the font for your blog. And there's that lil black line on the left of the vector.

thanks guys, i changed the font for the blogheader and the blogs, i still dont like the font for the blogs tho. any suggestions on a matching font? and i dont know how to get rid of the black line...i tried moving the vector a couple pixels to the left but it was stil there.....hrmm....

I use Tahoma in 8pt for my blog and Terminal in 8pt for my headers.
