yes i love him. sure he is bluntly honest, but we need people like him. he's a good guy in real life. and that's just his tv character, if people can't take his honest insults then obviously they are not ready to even be thrown into the entertainment industry. he's just a small taste of what the real industry is like.

He speaks the truth for the bad singers. Although I dislike it when he turns people down because their fat and because their young? There was this girl who is 17. Really good voice. I wanted her to get in it, but nope. Simon said no. -.-

i like him. i have my reasons.
1. he's original. since when do you see some man on tv who insults people harshly without caring on reality tv? 2. he gets the job done. he isn't really emotional or sorry if he made the wrong choice. he gets to his opinion and sticks with it. 3.doesn't care what other people say. self explanatory :) |

I dont really watch American Idol anymore....now its just overrated!! But I love Simons honesty...people need to hear the truth otherwise if they tell them that they are good, then they are not helping them out at all...maybe they are hurting their egos and all that but those people who cannot sing need to realize that they are wasting their time and just embarassing themselves on national TV!!

I think Simon is awesome for the most part, but when Paula freaks out at moments im 90% doing the same thing on my sofa at home...
But you must realize this, without simon, American Idol wouldnt be how it is... and hes one of the reasons why it is so entertaining. Hes a real honest guy, and for those people who hate him, hes that kind of person they love to hate. I like him and he can be a bit rude but i respect that. |
