help im getting so fat >.<, .....any advice?

k its not like i eat alot or anything....i sometimes even skip lunch and stuff. but then i look so fat in the mirror and i gained 2 pounds this 2 or 3 weeks pinch.gif eek! am i gettin too fat or am i just think im fat? blink.gif anyways any advice on how to loose some weight. happy.gif

2 or 3 pounds dont make you fat, plus you might just be big-boned. ;]
dont obsess over your weight

ps. dont skip lunch

yea i agree ^ you shouldn't be skipping meals. but do you weigh yourself like on a home scale? i'd advise just not using it, and see if you see any difference. if so, try changing what you eat in your diet, but do not skip out on meals. hope this helps

pshhh...2-3 pounds is nothing. if you told me you gained 10 pounds then that'd be something. and don't skip meals.

anyways, i skip breakfast and dinner... so i guess lunch is important to me.. =/ but i eat a lot of snacks at other times so i'm never hungry T_T" i skip because i'm weird >.> i dunno i just never feel like eating in the morning or at night.. x_X and your not getting fat.. just don't skip lunch =O

skipping meals doesn't mean that you are going to get skinny or lose the fat. eating 6 small meals a day and drinking plenty of water will keep you straight. but you still need exercise

haha yeah right youre probably 20 pounds overweight
all of my friends do the same thing "omg i gained 2 pounds"
if you lose or gain from 1-10 pounds its water weight...your weight naturally shifts throughout the week depending on how much water intake you've had

my tips on losing weight
1. never eat in front of the tv or computer, always eat at the table to prevent nervous habbit eating
2. eat all of your meals
3. start reading the boxes your food comes in and only eat 1 serving (its surprising but alot of people tend to eat alot more than one serving of a meal"
