Just eat, EAT!

Don't just eat any thing like fast food.

Gain weight in a healthy way.

Eating proteins and grains is probably good.

you should just eat lots of really healthy foods. Try to eat lots of healthy carbs (like pasta, wheat bread, etc.)

oiy vey. why can people never be content with their weight? try eating more. don't go for all the fatty foods like everyone else says because that's gaining in an unhealthy way. just exercise, eat 3 fairly large, healthy meals a day and try some new foods! your complaining about being skinny when it appears that you don't eat. maybe your doctor can prescribe some medication? i know you don't like the doctors; i don't think anyone really does but they really are there to help so just give them a try. just be happy that your not obese. if you were, you'd be at risk for all kinda of diseases such a diabetes, etc.

i was just like you, but the past years ive been startin to eat alot :pinch: so i guess ppl will eventually eat more as they grow older...but im not really sure about that.

yea everyone always says I'm way too skinny too and that I look "anorexic" grrrrrrr.. I'm 5'6 100lbs. I know what you mean about the not eating part. I have a really small appetite too and I usually can't eat much unless I'm REALLY hungry. =oT You can probably gain weight though by taking protein supplements or getting a higher calorie intake from things you eat.

Eat a slice of cheesecake at every meal. It works. wink.gif I've never tried it at every meal, but I've eaten cheesecake a lot for like two months and I got chunkier... pinch.gif
