healthy sleep patterns

On weekdays I get 6-7 hours of sleep, and on the weekends, I get 8-11 hours of sleep.

Sleep is good, but too much of it isn't.

I go to bed around 10:30 and I wake up at 7.
Wow this is weird.. Today we did a demand write on this subject.

damn ya'll lucky! i sleep at 1 or 3 and wake up at 6 or 7!!!

So, lack of sleep= bad grades? Wow...I get 5-6 hours of sleep and I have straight A's..How's that possible?

me too...the latest i was up to doing my homework was one in the morning and i had to wake up at six..i dont get that much sleep but i still get good grades...
