Has anyone noticed when shopping with a female (mom, girlfriend, or friend) they seem to get sidetracked when shopping? I mean shopping for a particular thing when estimating it to take only a few minutes, when it turns out to be a few hours.
This happened when I was shopping with my girlfriend. She promised me that she would only buy new shoes for school at a particular store. I imagined it to be only a few minutes or an hour tops. As we entered the mall all the pretty clothes, signs, and etc started to distract her. We spent our whole day in the mall and didn't have time to get to the store we went there for. The store where she wanted to get her shoes closed by the time we got there. So we had to go back the next day. Yet again, she was distracted. So I had to drag her just so we can get shoes.  I have learned to bring a blindfold everytime I go shopping with my girlfriend.  I seriously think females have A.D.D. when shopping. What do you people think? Let's hear some interesting stories.

i can't go shopping with my mom. we'll be on our way out of the store and then she'll notice something nice and stop to look at it. haha.
but my dad is a different story. he and i walked around the entire mall twice while we waited for my mom in a different store. |

i'm the one who was distracted though. my mom was so tired of going around the mall over and over. but that just happened a few times. i'm not really a shopaholic. |

i'm so that person, i can't even go into a grocery store without that problem...gaw...i'm so pathetic...it's crazy, but i have noticed that in alot of people... =) yes mainly female...but it's ok that's just how we are...we're human beings..

haha i used to be really bad like that but i've gotten much better.
 my mom is pretty bad though...she always ends up buying a pair of shoes every time we go to the mall.

i am not like that.. i dont like walking around for a long time and stuff.. i just check out the stores that i usually shop at (like 4 stores... 5 max), get a pretzel from auntie annes, then leave...

Honestly, I dislike shopping. Well, it's okay. I don't shop often, but whenever I go with my mom she says it'll only take about 10 minutres and it turns out she's staying there for like.. 2 hours! I tell her to hurry and she yells at me to shut up. Wth?! |

Hmm... not really to me. Since we're not that rich at all, I don't really have interest in shopping hehh... I don't really shop for clothes no more like the old day. My dad just buys em' for me or my sister. It's a very hard living in my shoes hehh... you never wana go into my shoes cause it's not fun at all. That's why I hate going to the malls because even though I have $20, I don't want to spend it because if I spend it, then that means no more money in my pocket. And I hate the feeling of that... so yeah I don't go to the malls. Well if my sister brags or begs me or my friend/family brags me... i'll go... but i dont go there cause i want to. i go there cause my friends want to go hehh.
So yeah I'm not a shopping freak no more. that's why i lost my interest as a fashion designer hehh. |

lols...hey! you cant rush a lady when she's shoppin alright? lols..the only reason i stop to look is because something might be on sale...lols...yea im a big freak for bargain huntin...xD lols...
 one time i stayed at tha mall for like 4 hours...  fun stuffs! hehe..and me and my friends go shoppin all tha time..and the least we take is..yea 4 hours...xD heehee...........i cant help it if its on sale....=X...oh and that word....."FREE" always atracts my mom....and me

The same thing happens to me. Everytime I go shopping for a certain item, I get distracted by other nice items, so I forget about the item I originally went there for, and end up buying a whole bunch of other shit. Same with my mom.
