bf problem, he won't do anything (not even hug)

Okay, here is the situation. My boyfriend is either extremely shy, or he just doesn't like me. We've been going out for over a month, and i hugged him once, and thats it. Am I just impatient or is there something that I should be thinking about?

I have no clue... Sorry I can't help, but maybe you should hug him more don't except him to always take the lead in hugging.

yeah, maybe he's shy. with my first boyfriend, it was like that, we didn't really have that much physical contact. just hug him more i guess.

My boyfriend is the exact same way. Maybe he's just not ready. Don't be afraid, and don't leave him.. Tell him you want to get more physical and ask if he's alright with it.. Then he'll hug you and everything. Trust me I had to do it too.. It works! biggrin.gif

He's shy...but shy can be a very good thing. there are too many guys in the world that push girls into doing things they wouldn't want to do. He's taking it slow...so go with it..It's special what you've got. My last relationship the guy didn't even hold my hand until 6 months in the relationship. I got so impatient, lol..i thought he didn't like me. But when he DID take my hand and hug me, and kiss me..it was so special and i was glad i didn't rush it. Maybe you should try the same. But i dunno it's ur situation, i'm just givin yah my opinion happy.gif

agreed pretty much. he's probably just shy so you take the lead sometimes. besides, theres no rush.

me n my last bf used to be really shy too. that's until he complained about it to my friends and my friends told me.. then we started doing stuff. that was all in a week or 2.. soo... it's a bit late. i think u're just both shy and one of u should make the other realize what u're both doing.

Stop letting him take the lead & maybe you should make the moves since he's shy? if he didn't like you then he would have broken up with you or something. Talk to him about it.
