had this discussion in freshman yr, kinda bored so i brought it up

if u and a friend were both arrested and charged with murder and they sit u 2 in separate closed room and offer you 3 options
1.to walk free by telling the cops that ur friend did the crime
2.say that you both did the crime and you both go to jail
3.say you did the crime and only u go to jail
now ur friend is also getting these same options so wat would u do
ya like i sed im kinda bored so i brought this up

I would say i just did the crime and let my friend off the hook. i dunno why, i would rather be in jail, then have both of us there. lol but knowing my friends they would be in the other room going, "i'm innocent! katie did it!" lol

By friend, do you mean close friend or like..sorta close friends?

If it's a close friend, I'll just say I did it. If it's not exactly a close friend, screw it! She/he can go to jail. :D

dpends on the friend and how much i care bout them... and what i think they'll say. like if they blame it on me, i wud blame it on them. if they said it was both of us, i wud too. if they blamed it on themselves, i wud blame it on me. so yeah.

To me it depends on the friend if it was a close friend i would say it was me but if it was a a "friend" that i know would blame it on me i would say it was her or him

this is all based on if we actually commited the crime or not.

if we're both innocent: i'd bitch at the cops for being stupid enough to accuse us.
if she's guilty, and i'm innocent: i'd sit there with my mouth shut waiting for my lawyer to pick me up.
if she's innocent, and i'm guilty: i'd confess so she doesn't have to feel the burden of lying for me.
if we're both guilty: i'd lawyer up first, but eventually confess.
