Okay, I have like...a lot of clothes. But I just can't get the look I want. You know that emo look? I want that..but my mom already hates the clothes I have and I was wondering if you could suggest anything that I could use that I already have to improvise. I dunno. Just thought someone might know.

Um...I don't really know the emo look, but layers (of clothing) are always good. Like, wear a cute tight t-shirt, unzipped hoodie and a jean jacket over it with plain jeans and sneakers.

I suggest you save up your money and hit the sales racks. Remember not to buy anything that you wouldn't be able to wear out of the house with your parent's permission thought. Maybe you should talk to your parents. You could bargain with them that if you get rid of some of the old clothes that you never wear anymore, they would let you get some new clothes that express your new style. Don't forget to mention that you're trying to express your individuality, if your parents are anything like mine they'll eat it up.

I haven't seen anyone wearing wooden barrels anymore. You could get that look going again.

hehhhh I found this kind of funny. Emo is not a fashion trend by the way.. there really isn't a way to dress emo. I don't want to go on about that tho. I think you should just dress the way you feel comfortable. Be yourself.

emo?
emo. you wouldn't be creating your own look if you started dressing "emo." ...if you want to dress "emo" you could wear argyle sweaters, horn-rimmed glasses, pants that are too short for you, and dye your hair black. but why would you ever want to be like that? it's a stereotype, it's all fake. emo doesn't exsist. if you want to create your own look wear things layered. You could wear tights and a skirt with a cool shirt and then put a cardigan on and over that a zip up hoodie. parents like cardigans haha. don't dress under a stereotype. |
