well, jus ignore him... or tell the teacher the problem so that you can change seats with some other ppl. If you keep tellin him that you hate him, he might bug you more, so that you hate him more... yea, just talk to the teacher

actually ignoring is probably a bad idea because when you ignore someone, they get clued in that you're being annoyed by them and they turn up the heat, so to speak. that usually turns into bad results.
