what do u do when you're nervous? do u sweat? faint? i dunno. tell me what you do when you are nervous. i always sweat like crazy when im nervous and my voice starts to tremble.

once, my friend had to do this speach on the weekly assembly. she forgot the words to her speach and became so nervous. suddnely, she started crying on stage and finally ran off the stage.

When I'm nervous I go along with everything. I just clear everything from my mind and do it. I think of nothing else until I am absolutely done with w/e im doing that was making me nervous >=]

When I do get nervous.... I forgot mention nothing happens except a bunch of replays going through my mind. Different scenes playing throughout my head of what would happen if I do what i'm doing. Usually everything turns out fine.

well i guess... um.. personally, i never get nervous on the stage, because i always have recitle like every month.. so going onto the stage is just a normal thing i do every single month..

my voice gets all weird and i start to stutter, and i feel butterflies in my stomach, lol and then i feel all shaky. but i don't get nervous when i'm giving a speech, i get more nervous if i'm talking to someone i have a crush on lol

If I am nervous, I sometimes close my eyes and think for happy things and taking a deep breathe. Another is that if I have a safety pin, I hold it tight until my nervousness goes away.

Like, I'm nervous now cause I don't know if I brought home my social studies notebook,and i have a test tomorrow and notebook check. And if i did bring it home, and just misplaced it and i go to school tomorrow without it, i like fail the term cause i didn't have my notebook. Crap.
