that's because sometimes the skin makers say 'I MADE THIS FOR YOU SO BE GRATEFUL. THIS ISNT XANGA SKINS SO DON'T COMMENT IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT.' etc (which makes sense)

Yeah my standard for skins is pretty high. I really didn't want to send my skins to cb because I thought they were going to be rejected.

It's pretty hard to make a decent skin that pleases everyone. pinch.gif

Skins might be crappy, but just wait...those who make skins will get ALOT better. Practice makes perfect. happy.gif

I've noticed that lately too. It's nice that people are being a bit more lenient but...c'mon. The skins lately are pretty crappy.

I mean, horizontal scrollbars? C'mon. Un-antialiased text? Puh-lease. Poor image quality? I know we hired new Xanga Staff, so maybe we should educate them a bit about high-caliber skins? Because lately, they're getting sh*tty.

I understand that maybe new Xanga staff need things to do, but accepting for accepting's sake is just stupid. I think cB wants to be known for the limited number of great skins, not the endless flow of crap.

And Frankie, your skins are nice! Sure, you use Paint, but at least the image quality doesn't go down and it's anti-aliased. =] Sorry, pixelated font just really really gets me PO'd.

I swear, I'm going to reply in every crap skin and tell them "Your skin sucks. Why'd it get accepted?" soon. Who wants to join me?
