I tryed to request a skin before and It got..deleted. Why is it that u need 50 posts?? I've been a member of the site for over 6 months and just because i don't comment/post on everything I see means I can't request a skin? I find that a little unfair.. I'm on here everyday and just because i don't have enough time to comment means I can't get a skin. Oh well.

I totaly agree. I love to make skins and would like to make them for people but you only have like five requests to choose from. You make a good point and they should change the policy to like 25 posts or something.

50 posts is not that hard to get...before they didn't even take requests..createblog is a forum and in order to get committed members, there are rules..but trust me, once you start posting you cant stop

.ted member- they could make it so that u have to be a member for a certain amout of time before u can request, and i don't understand why they just can't have a forum for requets because i bet there ar epeople who like making skins for other people...and about posting- my life doesn't revolve around the site and i don't have enough time to post a lot.. added to the fact that my internet is stupid and rarly lets me post.. and monkiegurl-those are some really cool skins! |

Regardless of time, you're not a committed member because you don't post. You can PM someone and ask if they'll make you a skin.

dont forget there is also a whole premade skin section available to anyone..with many many very good skins. look through that.

yeah, you make good points but I'm just saying that if someone didn't have the time, they'd get..penalized for it? idk, just doesn't make a lot of sense to me.. and i use the premade ones, but sometimes if ur in a certain mood u want a certain skin and a lot of the time, they don't have something to fit that mood. and like she said, u don't want people going to other sites, do u? becase I've looked around and they DO have sites that you CAN request on..

you're making this a really big deal
 createblog was nice enough to recently create a request forum so that people could request skins. and the whole point of having 50 posts is that we don't want people to just sign up to request a skin and leave. we have no way of telling who is "committed" and who isn't unless we see that you have worked to get 50 posts by contributing in some way to the community without spamming. then, your reward for getting 50 posts will be a request..because not everything comes easily.kristin -- didn't she say this? "and i don't understand why they just can't have a forum for requets". or maybe i read it wrong...but that's what it sounded like. |

Yeah but not everyone can find something their. It's like shopping, if they don't have what you need go to another store. I don't want ot offend anyone, I love Createblog but it's not for everyone.
