saving on imageready?? |

I'm trying to make an animated image on imageready and everything was going fine until i tried to save the image...when i go to file>>save as it only lets me save it in .psd format and i want to save it as a gif..how do i do this? please help me !!

umm what other options are there in the file menu? i don't have my imageready right now.

oh, ok, there is:: file>>New, Open, Open Recent, Close, Save, Save As, Export original, Revert, Save Optimized, Save Optimized as, Output settings, update htm, place, import, export, file info, preview in, jump to, exit
um..is it saved optimized?? eh..so confused

that lets youu save it as a .jpg or .html, will .html work cuz i no .jpgs dont support animation...??

hmm only .gif works with animation..
check out these: export original, output settings, save optimized. |

nope..none of those are it....export original lets you save as bmp but that doesnt work..output setting..not sure what that does but it doesnt work and save optimized lets u save as .jpg or .html and both of those dont work

wow..hmm then i have no clue. i've never actually completed an animation before cause i had the same problem. i suppose just wait till someone else can answer your question. =)

[thanks though...i have Jasc Animation Shop too..and I tried saving it on there but it optimized the image and messed with the colors so i saved the individual frames and opened them in imageready and so im trying to save and that's the confusing part cuz i made my 'slave 4 u' av on animation shop and i did the same thing only with different text and colors and its not working
 edit k, thanks, i got it..in case youre wondering it actually is save optimized as...ehh...sorry....  made it for my friend.....
