hey..I'm new to CB and i have a question bout making skins for xanga. I know this question might seem stupid, but like where does evryone get pictures of celebs to use in their layouts? I always hear evryone freaking out bout 'infringing copyright' or something so, is there like some special place you have to go to get their pictures?? ehh..i'm so confused

i believe they're known as Stock Photos. Anybody can use them basically. You can google for the pics or you can go to a fan site or something..
