cookies possible in xanga?, just pondering.... |

does anyone know a way to set and retrieve cookies in xanga that is supported? i have premium so the "website stat"/whatever thing isn't an issue.... this is for a skin. anyway- i tried it once and the skin editor removed the "document.cookie" property
 anyone know another way?

xanga doesnt allow cookies to be put since they can be used to get the md5 hash of the user. Thus giving you the ability to gain the password of the xanga user.
There are ways around it but i'm going to let you figure that out. |

*sighs* LOL..... if only you knew how long i've spent trying to get this code compatable with xanga.... part of me cries because i love xanga but other blog sites seem to be more open to code usage...... :( any hints might be appreciated........ (if it involves writing "document.cookie" through a string or something i think i already tried that... couldn't get it to work.... *sniffles*)
