ok, here is my xanga site.... http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=testin63851 look at the background. I took the picture myself, but is to big now. the size of the pict is 1600 x 1200 . How can I resize it? I want the whole picture, not parts of it. Please help me. Thanks!

Use photoshop / paintshop pro / image editing software to resize. If your using photobucket then use the resize option when you click edit button.
