I'm going through the same thing, if we don't talk for a whole week I say to myself ok I'm not gonna like him its obvious that he doesnt care about me anymore, and then the second he talks to me the next day, I go crazy for him all over again. Just try to strike up a convo with him when you can, or try to forget someone and find someone new, good luck!
