even though there is a tutorial in vectoring but it is for adobe illustrator, how can i vector an image with psp7?

it should be pretty similar..do you have a pen tool?
and by the way, if you make a "vector" in photoshop or psp, it's called a vexel because you're using a raster based program. just to let you know =) |

soo many people ask for vectoring tutorials . . . we should add another section on the big book of resources just for vectoring tutorials . . . heehee!

thx for the tutorial, but btw, i still don't understand...i am kind of dumb on these things because this is my first tries making more advanced graphics.

You can't vector with PSP of PS. You can similate the vector look using the pen tools and such. I'm not to sure on how to do it.
