What you will need:
Vanillla yogurt (A really good brand is Dannon Light n fit )
1 apple, doesnt matter what kind
Cinnamon or nutmeg (cinnamon tasted better)


Directions:
Peel your apple, then cut it into small chunks.
Take your vanilla yogurt and apples, and mix them together in your bowl
Add you cinnamon or nutmeg on top.


It's really heathy, and It tasted really good. My dad doesnt really like heathy foods like that, but he really liked this.
