I absolutely hate cramps
 when I have them, they'ree bad, but not as bad as you describe it but they're bad, so I take midol pills, helps.

well i used to have bad cramps. well like after period, my mom always make different sorts of soup for me, i usually dont drink it but lately i do, and when my period comes, no cramps at all.

i'm glad i didn't inherit any huge, i-want-to-die cramp genes. but yes, i do have cramps, but they're just mild stomach aches.
