How 2 replace "Next 5>>"? Options

Is it possible to replace the "Next 5 >>" link at the bottom with other words?
I've limited the post no. in each page to 3, so it's strange to hv "Next 5 >>".
I've tried the script that replaces "add eprop", "add comments", etc... but it doesn't work on "Next 5 >>"... or it does work but i use it in a wrong way?

Can someone please help me?

I thought the link is called "Next 5 >>", but actually it's called "next 5"!
