Gosh, I am so tired of disasters and murders flooding the headlines of newspapers and news channels. It makes me think that the world is such a horrible place to live in, and truly it's not. It's just...sickening. I mean, I know it's good to know what's happening on Earth but..It just makes me so sad.

Are you tired of hearing all the depressing crap on the news?

^ That's true. I think all of these tragedies started with the hurricanes in Florida. I just wish that all of this shit would stop.

You know what I hate more?
When they get ABSOLUTELY stuck on ONE damn subject.

First it was Iraq stuff, then the election, and now the tsunami.

It's like the so-called "little" news doesn't matter anymore.

I am not bothered by it at all.
It's news, some people want to know what's happening throughout the world.
I mean if I see a headline on the tv or newspaper that says something like "Two hundred people die in train accident" then I would be amazed and then I'd forget about it and continue with my life.
Just try to ignore some of those things and you probably won't be depressed by those tagic events.

I agree. Sure, events like tsunamis where hundreds of thousands of people die are truly tragic things, but it does get annoying if that's ALL you hear on the news.

Yeah... but aren't you glad your loved ones is not dead including you. So just live your life and forget about them. Well you can help them by donating some moneys or you can volunteer and help out. I'm not sick of it...... well I don't know what to say about it.. I'm not happy, I'm not mad about it. Just sad about it. Sad that the disasters are getting worse and worried. Eh I guess that's what you call "sickening" ehh >.<;

I think it started with 9/11. Or Bush getting elected in the first place. MM...otherwise are you talking about natural disasters?
