I would think so, but it probably wont be that good since it has limited things u can do.

If you can, how do you like convert it to a banner/banner code and what do you use to make a banner with paint a pencil?

yeah, you can, it'll probably be lower quality and not as professional looking, but you can.

why not? it won't be as good as making it in photoshop because its hard to do things with ms paint ALONE, but it can be done.
